1. Data controller

2. What data we process and why

This site has no forms, user accounts or third-party analytics. We only process the data you voluntarily send us by email (name, email address and the content of your message) in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, send you a proposal.

3. Legal basis

Handling your enquiry is based on your consent when you contact us and on taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR).

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for the legal limitation periods of possible liabilities.

5. Recipients and providers

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. The website is hosted on Google services, and email and the domain are managed with Namecheap, Inc. Both providers act as processors under Art. 28 GDPR. Where they process data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards provided by the GDPR apply (such as standard contractual clauses).

In development projects for clients, when artificial intelligence services are integrated, this is done through external providers that comply with European data protection rules, with EU hosting when the project requires it. Balore S.Coop does not host or train its own models for clients, and data processing agreements are formalised for each project.

6. Fonts

The site’s fonts are served from our own hosting, so your IP address is not sent to third-party services to load them.

7. Cookies

This site does not install its own cookies or analytics or advertising cookies. The “Copy email” button only uses your device’s clipboard. See the cookie policy.

8. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to contacto@kivora.studio, stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe your rights have not been honoured, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
